Notice
- 16/06 is a public holiday and the campus will be closed for the day
- Most exams will be ending 20/06 and students may then stay at home if all tasks were handed in
- Report cards will be generated and a due date will be communicated soon
- 23/06 is the last day of the term and we will be playing Minute to win it games

Exams
- Exams starts this Wednesday 24 May 2023 for Gr. 10-12
- (Grade R-12) Please do your best to ensure that your child is here the rest of the upcoming days as assessments for report cards begin daily as of tomorrow.
- Please ensure that your child is registered with Impaq & reflecting on our Tutor Center for your child's report card to be generated.
- (Grade 10 - 12)
We will continue with classes (lessons) after the Exam paper of the day it is written. DO NOT COLLECT YOUR CHILD AFTER THE EXAM PAPER IS DONE - WE WILL STILL BE WORKING.
Exam pads
- 1x Exam pad per Gr.4-12 student to be handed in for this exam session. We will distribute the paper, to ensure it’s blank with no notes made, when they are seated.
- According to our Exmination board SACAI, No student can take notes or exam pads or any other paper into the exam room.
Printing paper — (Gr. R-12)
- We saved you money by making copies of all the work in your child’s workbooks that they need for this exam, in return we asked for a ream of paper each month.
- Please do not forget to send your ream of paper. (We need to print the exam papers and practice papers and it’s estimated to be 15600 copies in the next two months for Exams alone) Study notes & Gr R-3 assessments not even calculated in this printing amount.
Campus closed this Friday for a Religious Holiday
- Please note that we communicated our 2023 Calendar with you last year November for comments, and even though the celebration of Pentecost will fall over the course of the weekend, our campus will not be open this Friday in preparation.

Test Memos and Revision
- We sending home grade 4 to 12 assessment files for term 1 tests.
- We are going through the memorandums this week
- If they have a question wrong, they have an opportunity to write the correct answer in pencil.
- They can also dispute and questions they have as we work through the papers.
- The memorandums for grade 10, 11 and 12 was only released on Friday. Many of their tests and tasks were handed in to Impaq for marking on their side, we are still going through the question paper and they are making notes. These notes will be found in their filing file. We have requested the papers back from Impaq to ensure they are marked correctly.
- Grade 4-9 Note: It is important to understand how to answer the paper correctly. From grade 10, Impaq will mark the papers. We are teaching your children the correct way.
Reports
- Will be send home on Friday
- Tests will be sent home, sign next to their mark.
- If you are unhappy with your child or with the school please do not write it on the tests. Please request for a meeting with the school privately.
- All assessments need to come back to the school! They can NOT leave the files at home or the papers go missing.

Passover/Easter holidays
- Campus close tomorrow 24/03/2023 at:
10:00 for grade R-9
12:00 for Grade 10-12
due to last Test papers being written. (No students can stay behind on campus after 12:00) - Students can wear civvies tomorrow, yet all Modesty Rules will apply
(No short-shorts/shirts, no ripped jeans or shirts without sleeves.) If in doubt consult your grade group. - Term 2 starts Tuesday 11 April at 8:00 with a meeting for all students.
- IMPORTANT: We will be in the middle of our Passover- Feast of unleavened bread when we return.
We kindly ask that students who do not keep the Biblical feasts please leave their lunch boxes in their school bags for break time.
Our Tuckshop will sell kosher for Passover items and serve Matza Pizzas and other favourites that are safe to eat during this time. (No yeast, No Spices, No shellfish or pork) - Winter timetables will be communicated during the holidays.
- The campus will be closed for renovations during this holiday and NO AFTERCARE will be available.
- We hope you will have a blessed holiday with your loved ones and family. Please travel safely.
Report cards
- As we are waiting for Impaq to mark the Grade 10-12 Tests, we can only issue reports to students in the new term.
- So to keep things simple we usually send out all reports the 2nd week of the New term.

Diaries
- It is crucial for students to make use of their Diaries DAILY. Parents need to sign this often as we communicate academic and behavioral information to you as a parent.
- Diaries left at home will result in a Friday Detention.
